•Breeders must contact LCR privately, animals are sold as pet grade.

•Rats are sold in sets of 3 for first time clients. This is to prevent anyone from being left with singletons. No exceptions under any circumstances.

->Males and females cannot be sold to the same home to prevent accidents.

•LCR does not recommend cohabiting our rodents with those from other sources such as feeder rats. This is due to rodent biosecurity.

•LCR does not deliver or transport. Pickup is at specified locations determined by the buyer with potential transport charge. The correspondent must pick up rodents themselves without use of a proxy. LCR does not work with private animal transportation with exception of special circumstances.

Note: On the rare occasion LCR does transport it will be listed on the FB page/website

•LCR will take back rats we have produced under any circumstances.

•LCR is not a rescue, animals that have not been produced by LCR cannot be brought to us due to the fragile nature of rodent biosecurity. With exception of any animal produced or associated with Dandelion Critters of Sacramento, CA (moved to Perry, GA) and Frosted Cookie Farm of Los Angeles, CA.

•Humane euthanasia services are offered for any animal we have produced, with option for cremation at additional cost.

•LCR has the right to refuse sale for any reason

•”Ghosters” will be blacklisted by LCR and local rodentrys in contact

•Rescheduling requires a 24hr notice, second rescheduling attempt will result in being blacklisted
•No “holds” under any circumstances

•Cash only at pickup

Replacement Policy: (at seller’s discretion & within driving distance of LCR)

Biters (drawing blood)
Tumors
Seizures
Heart failure
Hormonal aggression
Genetic sickness unrelated to owner negligence

Understand that the replacement policy is void if rodents are housed with those from other sources

These policies may change at any time at the discretion of Laurel Creek Rattery. If our terms are violated we will decline sale.
